Rental Policies
Please review these policies before completing your reservation.

Every reservation has a five-day minimum. Reservations for fewer than five days are automatically canceled.
Damage responsibility and insurance
Return the vehicle in the same condition it was in at the start of the rental. You are responsible for damage that occurs during the rental, including any applicable insurance deductible.
All renters must show proof of full-coverage auto insurance, using a declaration page or insurance card. We cannot rent a vehicle to you if you do not have auto insurance. A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available for $26.95 per day, but purchasing it does not replace the insurance-proof requirement.
Return time and airport drop-off fee
Our office closes at 4:00 p.m. Rental vehicles returned after 3:30 p.m. incur a $30.00 airport drop-off fee.
If this fee applies to your reservation, select it under Options and Coverage when booking. Please call our office if you have questions about the fee.
Renter age
The primary renter and every additional driver must be at least 21 years old. A $10.00-per-day surcharge applies to each renter or additional driver who is 21 through 24 years old.
Cancellation policy
A one-week cancellation policy applies. Reservations canceled within seven calendar days before the scheduled rental start are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Payment, refunds, insurance proof, and local deposits
The full reservation balance is due when you arrive. We do not issue refunds for an early departure or late arrival.
The renter must present a valid major credit card in their own name. Debit cards are not accepted. Bring proof of full-coverage insurance, such as a declaration page or insurance card. All local renters must also provide a $500.00 deposit.
